Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is processed for packing or shipping.
Once the preparation or delivery process begins, cancellation is no longer possible.


2. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and accessories.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

After submitting your request and receiving approval, you will be provided with the return instructions and return address.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must send clear photos or video evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Once the claim is verified and approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund to the original payment method.

Note:
Damage to outer packaging alone — while the product itself remains intact — does not qualify as a damage claim.


4. Shipping-Related Issues

In the following cases, a refund or replacement cannot be issued by us:

  • Tracking shows “Delivered” but the order is not found at the address.

  • Delivery was delayed due to courier logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen external factors.

  • The outer package is damaged but the product is intact.

These situations fall under the responsibility of the shipping process.


5. Exceptions

Refunds and returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Products returned in used, opened, or altered condition.

  • Missing original packaging, seals, or accessories.

  • Requests submitted after the 24-hour window.

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control.


6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Client Care Team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide photos or video evidence if needed.

  3. After approval, ship the unused item back to the return address at your own cost.

  4. Share the tracking number or proof of shipment.

  5. Once the return is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued.
