1. Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has entered the packing or shipping process. Once the order has been processed for packing or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • It is in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and accessories
  • It is returned in the same condition as received
Who bears the return shipping cost?

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

What are the return steps?
  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours
  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address
  3. Ship the product at your own expense
  4. Share the tracking number with us
  5. After inspection, a refund or exchange will be issued

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

You must send clear photos or a video within 24 hours of receipt. After verification, you are entitled to either:

  • A product replacement, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Note: Damage to the outer packaging only is not considered a valid claim as long as the product inside is intact.

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

What if tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received my order?

In this case, we cannot issue a refund, as delivery responsibility lies with the shipping company.

Can I be compensated for delivery delays?

No, delays caused by the shipping company, weather, or other external factors are not eligible for compensation.

What if the outer package is damaged?

No claim can be made as long as the product inside is intact.

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Used or opened products
  • Products missing packaging, seals, or accessories

  • Delays or circumstances beyond our control
